  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass.

  2. Strain into a coupe or a martini glass.

  3. Squeeze lemon rind over glass and discard.

  4. No garnish. 

- 1 barspoon absinthe

- 1 1/2 oz Dano's Dangerous Anejo

- 1/2 oz Courvoisier VSOP Cognac

- 1 tsp Agave Syrup

- 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
